Prices and taxes
Our prices are in US dollars and don't include UK or European VAT. Depending on your state and your order, sales tax or import charges may apply: where we collect them, they're shown at checkout or in your quotation; any others are payable to DHL or the authorities. Ask us if you'd like details before ordering.
Need it sooner?
Faster delivery may be possible on request, depending on your order (for example assembled systems, or products containing batteries, which follow specific transport rules). Email us before ordering and we'll look into it.

How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order leaves our distribution centre, you can follow it with DHL tracking, right up to your door.
Are lithium batteries included?
On orders of $200 and over, yes: lithium batteries (where a product needs them) ship with DHL inside the products. Because of the shipping rules on small parcels, orders under $200 are shipped without lithium batteries. Contact us before ordering if you'd like to discuss it.
Why do some products have an Add to quote button?
Some heavy items are expensive to ship in small quantities, so instead of a fixed charge we send you a full quotation for the delivered items, and you decide whether it suits you. More about quotations.
What about special orders and assembled systems?
They may need a little longer: we'll confirm the timing by email. Every assembled or configured system is paired and tested by our technicians before despatch, so it works straight out of the box.
What if DHL is delayed?
Occasionally, events beyond DHL's control, such as severe weather, can hold a parcel up. If that happens, we work with DHL to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and keep you informed.
