Security consultation — expert guidance built around your project

Designing an effective security system is rarely a one-size-fits-all exercise. Each site has its own constraints, risks, and operational realities, and choosing the right solution requires more than simply selecting products from a catalogue.

At Ultra Secure, our security consultation service is designed to support customers who want clear, professional guidance before committing to a system. Our consultations are conducted remotely, by email, giving you direct access to experienced security specialists, supported by the engineering and assembly team at our global distribution centre in France.

This structure allows us to combine local understanding with strong technical expertise, ensuring recommendations that are both practical and technically sound.

A structured, project-focused approach

During your consultation, we take the time to understand your specific situation in detail. This includes discussing the layout of your premises, the areas you wish to protect, any operational constraints, and how the system will be used on a day-to-day basis.

Where helpful, we can review plans, sketches, photos or short videos of your site to better visualise your environment. This approach enables us to identify potential weaknesses, assess feasibility, and design a solution that aligns with your real-world requirements rather than theoretical assumptions.

We also explain how different technologies and system architectures work in practice, so you can make informed decisions with a clear understanding of functionality, limitations, and future scalability.

Independent, honest recommendations

Our role during a consultation is advisory first. Recommendations are made with transparency and honesty, based on what best fits your situation.

In some cases, this may mean suggesting a simpler or more cost-effective solution than you initially expected. In others, it may involve proposing a more advanced configuration where the environment genuinely requires it. Occasionally, we may advise that a particular approach is not appropriate — and we will always be clear when that is the case.

The objective is not to upsell, but to ensure the solution is reliable, usable, and appropriate over the long term.

From design to preparation

If you decide to proceed following your consultation, the information gathered becomes the foundation for system preparation and configuration.

Standard systems can often be prepared quickly, and more complex or bespoke solutions are assembled and validated by our technical team at our distribution centre before despatch. This preparation helps reduce installation time and ensures your system is coherent, tested, and ready to perform from day one.

Your order is then delivered by DHL, with tracking. If your project has a deadline, tell us during the consultation: faster delivery may be possible on request, depending on the nature of the order, and we'll confirm what's achievable before you order.

Confidential and professional

All consultations are handled privately, allowing for a focused discussion of your security needs in a professional setting.

Large commercial and multi-site projects

For large commercial, public-sector or multi-site projects (for example a business park, a school, a hospital or a chain of shops or offices), once we've reviewed your brief by email, we can arrange a call with a specialist. In your first message, tell us the type of site, the number of sites or buildings and your timescale, so we can see straight away whether a call is the right next step.

For homes and smaller businesses, our specialists give the same free, detailed advice by email.

To arrange a security consultation or to discuss your project in more detail, simply contact our team. We’re here to help you design the right solution with confidence and clarity — not just sell equipment.
