Description
900 ft Wireless DA600+ Door Alert with Blue Flashing LED designed to monitor a closed door being opened.
Supplied with a:
- Battery Powered Wireless Door Contact.
- 4 channel Wireless Receiver.
- Blue Flashing LED with 9 ft of Cable.
In the event of the Door being opened, the Internal Receiver will chime (adjustable volume) together with activating the Blue Flashing LED for a duration of 10 - 60 seconds or 5 minutes (or until reset on the receiver).
The LED is connected to the Receiver via 9 ft of Bell Cable, which can be lengthened upon request.
Additional Door Contacts can be added including the standard 900 ft model (004-2820) supplied within this kit or the long range 2000 ft Solar Powered model (004-3800).
Door Contact:
The wireless range between the Door Contact and Receiver is 900 ft (line of sight) which equates to around 300 - 450 ft in most applications, this can be increased up to 900 metres and by adding a Signal Repeater (004-2910), and far more by adding more.
The Magnetic Door Contact is powered by 2 x AAA batteries which would last between 1 - 2 years in most applications.
They are fitted using double sided tape and a couple of small screws in some applications, and would be fitted onto a door and door frame in such a position that both parts are close to each other when the door is closed. The normal location would be on the top ledge about 1/3rd in from the hinge.
Receiver:
The Indoor 4 - Channel Wireless Receiver is powered by a standard 2-pin Plug in Transformer and has the following features:
- 4 x Adjustable Dry Relay N/O or N/C Outputs (often used to trigger auto-diallers, timer relays).
- Adjustable 12v DC Outputs (often used with sirens & flashing lights).
- ON/OFF Switch.
- Volume Control.
- Will work with up to 128 sets of Sensors.
- Optional Reminder Bleeps.
