This unique & versatile battery powered 4G UltraPIR Alarm is fitted inside a Wooden Bird-box for use Outside.

Powered by 3 x AA batteries (long life lithium supplied), programmed very easily using the built in rear keypad (see videos attached).

The PIR has been fitted into this enclosure to hide it away from the view of potential Intruders, the PIR is not technically PET Friendly, but the Bird box does create a narrow Beam allowing you to position it to miss small ground Animals.

Small animals such as Squirrels or Bird very close up could cause activations, although many customers Arm the Alarm during the hours of Darkness therefore missing the normal activities of these Animals.

Stand-alone:

This 4G Alarm is designed as a stand-alone Outdoor Alarm, but it is possible to add additional Wireless Sirens or Sensors should it be required, these could be used up to 120 - 150 ft away from the Bird-box (even inside a nearby building).

Siren:

The 4G UltraPIR has a built in 130 decibel Siren, but in most applications when fitted inside the Bird-box this Siren would be turned to OFF (to keep it covert). Some customers however may have it turned ON if they are wanting to warn nuisance Animals away.

Programming:   

This 4G Alarm is very easy to program (probably one of the easiest 4G or GSM Alarms on the market today) by using the built in Keypad.

Communication:

The 4G Alarm communicates via the mobile phone networks (standard size sim card required) and will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated (phone calls or text can be turned off if only one method of communication is required).

You can purchase the product with no sim card and simply use your preferred supplier (no data is required).

Arming & Disarming: 

The system is Armed & Disarmed by using the Remote Control (supplied) from up to 300 ft away, additional Remote Controls can be added.

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will then contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the PIR and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will turn the siren off, prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the PIR fully armed (ready for further activations).

Power:

The Alarm is powered by 3 x Lithium AA Batteries (supplied) and typical battery life would be 12 - 18 months in most applications (depending on how often the Alarm is triggered).

You could use an additional plug in power transformer for locations that have access to power, the batteries can still be fitted into the UltraPIR which will then operate the device if the power supply is interrupted, this is rare when being used in the Bird-box.

Detection:

The Alarm system has a 30 second exit delay (plenty of time to leave the building and lock up) and a 5 second entry delay (normally disarmed from outside the building before entering). The PIR has a 30 ft distance, 120 degrees horizontal & 90 degrees vertical detection pattern.

Low Battery:

The Alarm will send you a Text Message if the Batteries are getting low (this can be turned off).

This is a unique and versatile 4G Alarm that can be used in more internal applications than can be listed (if external use is required we can supply the UltraPIR inside a Birdbox or with a Rubber Hood.
