Door or Window Sensor:

This 4G UltraPIR Kit is supplied with an additional Wireless Door or Window Sensor which can be used as:

• A Magnetic Contact, the two parts supplied are fitted onto the Door/Window & adjoining Frame (in such a position that both parts are nearly touching when closed), if the parts are separated by the Door or Window opening the Alarm would be triggered (providing the UltraPIR is Armed).
• As an optional Vibration Sensor, if the device is triggered by a sudden vibration (setting can be adjusted) the Alarm would be triggered (providing the UltraPIR is Armed).
• There is also a built in Siren on this device that can be turned ON or OFF (depending on if sound is required) together with a small Keypad that is used for setting the parameters of the device and can even be used to Arm or Disarm the 4G UltraPIR.

This 4G UltraPIR Kit can be easily and quickly Installed but can also be expanded by adding BT PIR's, Magnetic Door/Window Contacts or additional Vibration Sensors (no limit to how many can be added) which would be connected by a unique & secure Wireless network.

The BT PIR has a built in 130 decibel Siren, the Vibration Sensor has an optional built in Siren whilst there are also two Wireless Sirens that can be added (Internal & External) for customers wanting lots of Sound (even if the UltraPIR has been set to silent).

The impressive Wireless range between Sensors & Sirens is 300 ft (line of sight) which equates to around 120 - 150 ft in most applications, this allows the use of Sensors & Sirens in totally different buildings if required (please check out the accessory tab within this listing).

Programming:   

This Alarm is very easy to program (probably one of the easiest 4G or GSM Alarms on the market today) by using the built in Keypad.

Communication:

The 4G Alarm communicates via the mobile phone networks (standard size sim card required) and will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated (phone calls or text can be turned off if only one method of communication is required).

We recommend using a SIM Card with a Network from the Country that the device will be used.

Arming & Disarming: 

The system is Armed & Disarmed by using the Remote Control (supplied) from up to 300 ft away, additional Remote Controls can be added.

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will then contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the PIR and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will turn the siren off, prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the PIR fully armed (ready for further activations).

Siren:

There are built in 130 Decibel Sirens on both the 4G UltraPIR & Door/Window Sensor, many customers will silence the UltraPIR (simple procedure using the keypad) whilst keeping the Siren active on the Door/Window Sensor (unless they want a fully covert Alarm), this allows the UltraPIR to contact the owners without drawing attention to itself.

Power:

The 4G UltraPIR Alarm is powered by 3 x standard AA Batteries (supplied) and typical battery life would be 12 - 18 months in most applications (depending on how often the Alarm is triggered).

You can choose to fit Lithium AA Batteries which will outlast a Duracell Alkaline Batteries by about 4 - 6 times together with performing far better in temperatures below freezing.

You can also add an additional plug in power transformer for locations that have access to power, the batteries can still be fitted into the UltraPIR which will then operate the device if the power supply is interrupted (2 pin available).

The Door or Window Sensor is powered by a standard 3v Lithium CR2 Battery.

Detection:

The Alarm system has a 30 second exit delay (plenty of time to leave the building and lock up) and a 5 second entry delay (normally disarmed from outside the building before entering). The PIR has a 30 ft distance, 120 degrees horizontal & 90 degrees vertical detection pattern.

Low Battery:

The Alarm will send you a Text Message if the Batteries are getting low (this can be turned off).

This is a unique and versatile 4G Alarm that can be used in more internal applications than can be listed (if external use is required we can supply the UltraPIR inside a Birdbox or with a Rubber Hood.
